My experience with first car credit was amazing. Stuart was really helpful in helping me to get know my new Audi A3 quite well. His customer service was excellent and outstanding to my expectations. What a great decision I made to go to Direct Car Credit, was originally looking for a Van. But when the nice fella ( Mark) rang me. He said he had a Kia Caren’s available. Went through hoops to get us the right deal. And he certainly did the job. Only thing now is. We will have to go back, to get another battery. Otherwise, we are very very happy with our purchase.

Sales team did a fantastic job of getting me finance and selling me the car couldn’t be happier on day of collection. We was met with the ‘receptionist’ who genuinely should be rewarded, she made the sale took deposit and talked me though the full process was extremely happy expected the sales department to come and do the hand over that’s the only negative, got home and a engine warning light came on and a wobble on breaking, was told to come straight down next day by the service department (same receptionist) come back test drove the car seen the problems and was back in the following day Julie the receptionist/handover expert/service advisor was fantastic and so was the gent who did the booking I. For the work to be carried out on the car

Stuart contacted me as a follow up to an enquiry I made, he was polite, knowledgable, and explained that this was a follow up call which he was making. We then spoke at length about my preference and I picked a car which would suit me. All the questions that I asked and there were many were answered with clarity and good nature.
